Educational Qualification & Experience:

General Manager (IS Audit) - Contractual:
- Education: B.E/B.Tech (CS/IT/IS/Electronics/Software Engg. or equivalent) OR MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc (CS/IT/IS/Electronics or equivalent).
- Other Qualifications (Mandatory & Valid at Interview): CISA, CEH, ISO 27001:LA.
- Experience: Min 15 years in BFSI/IT/Information Security Consultancy on IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit, with min 10 years in leadership role.
Assistant Vice President (IS Audit) - Contractual:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech (CS/Software Engg./IT/Electronics or equivalent) with min 50% score.
- Other Qualifications (Mandatory & Valid at Interview): CISA, ISO 27001:2022 LA.
- Experience: Min 6 years in BFSI/IT/Information Security Consultancy, with 3 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit/Information Security Consultancy.
Deputy Manager (IS Audit) - Regular:
- Education: B.E./B.Tech (CS/Software Engg./IT/Electronics or equivalent) with min 50% score.
- Other Qualifications (Mandatory & Valid at Interview): CISA.
- Experience: Min 4 years in BFSI/IT/Information Security Consultancy, with 2 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit/Information Security Consultancy.

Note: Training & Teaching experience will NOT be counted. Experience must be supported by a suitable certificate from the employer.

Age Limit (as on June 30, 2025):

General Manager (IS Audit): Minimum 45 years, Maximum 55 years.
Assistant Vice President (IS Audit): Minimum 33 years, Maximum 45 years.
Deputy Manager (IS Audit): Minimum 25 years, Maximum 35 years.

Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) will be applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

SBI SCO Selection Process

The selection process will be based on **Shortlisting and Interview**.

Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on parameters decided by the Bank's shortlisting committee. Mere fulfillment of minimum qualifications and experience does not guarantee an interview call.
Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
CTC Negotiation (for Contractual Posts): For GM (IS Audit), CTC negotiation will be done in order of merit. For AVP (IS Audit), negotiation will be done at the time of interview.
Merit List: A merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in the interview only. In case of a tie, older candidates will be ranked higher.
Medical Examination: Final engagement/appointment is subject to the candidate being declared medically fit.

Emoluments and Benefits

Contractual Posts (GM & AVP IS Audit): Annual CTC will be bifurcated into Fixed Pay (85%) and Variable Pay (15%). Annual increments (7-10%) are proposed from the 2nd year onwards, subject to satisfactory performance. Variable pay is linked to performance appraisal scores.
Regular Post (Deputy Manager IS Audit): Official will be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, Provident Fund, NPS, Leave Fare Concession (LFC), Medical Facility, and other perquisites as per Bank rules.

Selected candidates are liable to be transferred to any of SBI's offices in India or deputed to associates/subsidiaries. Request for specific posting may not be entertained.
