- **Pay Matrix (On Commissioning):** On successful completion of training, candidates are granted the rank of Lieutenant with a Pay Level 10 (Minimum **Rs. 56,100/-**), plus Military Service Pay (MSP), and other allowances.
चयन प्रक्रिया और पैटर्न (Selection Process & Pattern)
- **Shortlisting:** Based on **JEE Mains CRL (Common Rank List)**. Only shortlisted candidates are called for SSB.
- **SSB Interview:** Five-day process at one of the Selection Centres (Prayagraj, Bhopal, Bengaluru, or Jalandhar). Consists of Stage I (Screening) and Stage II (Psychologist, GTO, Interview).
- **Medical Examination:** For recommended candidates after Stage II.
- **Final Merit:** Based **only** on the marks obtained by the candidates in the **SSB Interview**.
