DSIIDC Selection Process (Deputation Basis)
The selection process for DSIIDC posts on deputation basis is designed to assess suitability for the role, primarily through evaluation of service record and interview:
Applications received through the proper channel, along with NOC, Vigilance Clearance, and APARs for the last five years, will be thoroughly scrutinized. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria and deemed suitable will be shortlisted for the interview. Mere fulfillment of educational qualifications and experience does not guarantee an interview call.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. DSIIDC will adopt its own criteria for holding the interview. Candidates must bring original testimonials of all qualifications and experience (over and above the minimum prescribed) at the time of the interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
The final selection will be based on the candidate's performance in the interview and the evaluation of their service record. The deputation will initially be for a period of three years and is likely to be extended further. The pay and allowances will be regulated by CCS (RP) Rules, 2016 (as amended) and other allowances admissible to Corporation employees. A mandatory 'cooling off' period applies after every period of deputation.
