- BLR12025 (Boiler Attendant): Class 10th pass + Valid 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate.
- OSG12025 (Security Guard): Class 10th pass + Minimum 3 years post-qualification full-time work experience not below the rank of Constable in State Police/Armed Forces/Defence/CAPF.
- JTF12025 (Junior Fireman): Class 10+2 pass + 1 year Diploma/Certificate in Fire & Safety OR Sub Officers Course from NFSC, Nagpur + Valid Professional Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License (TRANS category).
- PHS12025 (Sanitary Inspector): Class 10+2 pass + 1 year Diploma/Certificate in Sanitary Inspector/Health Inspector/Public Health Sanitization + Minimum 1 year post-qualification full-time work experience in relevant fields (municipal solid waste, vector control, drainage system).
- Grade-V Posts (Pay Scale ₹32,000.00–1,27,000.00):
- TBR12025 (Boiler Attendant): Class 10th pass + Valid 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate.
- NTR12025 (Nursing): B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing + Minimum 2 years post-qualification full-time work experience in nursing + Registered with State Nursing Council. (Teaching experience in Nursing also considered).
- SAH12025 (Hindi Translator): Bachelor's Degree with Major/Honours in Hindi (English as a subject in Graduation) + Minimum 1 year Hindi Translator Course + Minimum 6 months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications (conversant with bilingual processing) + Minimum 1 year post-qualification full-time work experience in Hindi to English translation and vice versa.

- CHE12025 (Chemical Engg.): Class 10th pass + 3 years Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

Experience Requirements:

Oil India Limited Selection Process
The selection process for the Oil India Limited Workpersons posts is designed to identify the most suitable candidates:
The primary selection stage is a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). The CBT will be bilingual (English & Assamese for most posts, English & Hindi for SAH12025) and will have a total duration of 02 hours. There will be **no negative marking**.

Candidates will be called for CBT based on their online application. In the final merit list, if CBT marks are tied, preference will be given to the candidate with more marks in Part-C, then Part-B. If still tied, the older candidate will be preferred. Final selection is made in order of merit based on CBT marks, subject to fulfilling all eligibility criteria and successful medical fitness. All documents will be verified from concerned Issuing Authorities, and furnishing false information will lead to rejection and blacklisting.
