Point	Details
Age Relaxation	Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and up to 15 years for PwBD candidates is applicable.
Educational Qualification	Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech or postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
Selection Process	The selection is a two-stage process: shortlisting based on a valid GATE score (70% weightage) and a Personal Interview (30% weightage).
Exam Pattern	The GATE score is the primary criteria for shortlisting for the interview. There is no separate written exam for this recruitment.
Salary Allowance	During training, GETs will receive a basic pay of ₹40,000 plus allowances. After training, they will be absorbed in the E-1 Grade with a pay scale of ₹40,000 – 1,40,000.
