HSL Selection Process 2025
Candidates meeting the essential qualification and experience criteria will be shortlisted for an interview. The selection process may include:
- Preliminary Screening Interview

Interviews may be conducted either online (VC Mode) or physically at Hindustan Shipyard Limited. In case of a large number of applications, candidates will be shortlisted in a ratio not exceeding 6 times the published vacancies, potentially based on the percentage of marks secured in essential qualifying examinations/graduation.
Salary and Benefits
For Permanent Absorption Posts (e.g., Manager (E3)):
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000-1,80,000/- (E3 Grade)
- Annual CTC (approx.): ₹17.44 lakhs per annum
- Benefits: Industrial DA, HRA, Allowances (27% on Basic Pay), Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Reimbursement of Medical expenses for In-Patient treatment, Leave Encashment, Subsidized Lunch, etc.
For Fixed Term Contract (FTC) Posts:
