Eligibility Criteria (as on January 01, 2025)
Educational and Professional Qualification:
- Must have qualified the "Primary Teacher Eligibility Test (PTET) 2020 or 2024" conducted by MPESB with the prescribed percentage.
- Must hold the following qualifications as per Recruitment Rules 2018 (and amendments):
- Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks AND a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education / two-year Diploma in Special Education or equivalent. OR
- Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 45% marks AND a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE Regulations 2002. OR
- Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks AND a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.). OR
- Graduation Degree AND a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education or equivalent.
- Note: 5% relaxation in qualifying marks for SC, ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates in academic qualifications.
- For Primary Teacher (Science) posts, candidates with Science stream in Higher Secondary will be preferred for placement.
- Candidates with D.El.Ed. in Special Education from RCI recognized institutions will be placed as Special Teachers.

- Guest Teachers (with min. 3 academic sessions & 200 days teaching in MP Govt. schools): Max. 49 years (Male UR), 54 years (Female UR, Reserved Categories, PwBD).
- Age relaxation for MP Domicile candidates as per rules. EWS candidates are not eligible for age relaxation.
Other Mandatory Requirements:
- Mandatory live registration in the Employment Exchange of Madhya Pradesh State.
- Aadhaar registration is mandatory. E-Aadhaar is valid only if verified by UIDAI.
- Original photo ID proof (Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport) is mandatory for the exam.

MPESB PSTST 2025 Selection Process
The selection process will involve:
- Online Examination: A computer-based objective-type examination.
- Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on the percentile score obtained in the selection test.
- Document Verification: Candidates will be called for document verification based on merit.
- Police Character Verification: After document verification, appointment orders will be issued subject to police character verification.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must submit a health certificate from the District Medical Board at the time of appointment.
Minimum Qualifying Marks in Selection Test:
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS: 40%
- Other Categories: 50%

- The "Apply Online" link will be activated on **July 18, 2025**.
- Click on the "Online Application Form" link for Primary School Teacher Selection Test - 2025.
- Register yourself (if not already registered) and then log in.
- Fill in all personal, educational, and other required details accurately.
- Upload scanned copies of your color photograph, signature, and self-written text (as per format specified in rulebook). Ensure the photo is recent (not older than 3 months) and displays the date of capture and applicant's name.
- Upload scanned copies of relevant documents such as:
- 8th/10th/12th Marksheet for Date of Birth proof.
- Caste/Category Certificate (for SC/ST/OWS/EWS/PwBD).
- PwBD Certificate (if applicable).
- Guest Teacher Certificate (if applicable).
- Bonus mark related certificates (e.g., NCC 'C' certificate).
- Review the application form thoroughly before final submission.
- Pay the application fee online using Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking. Alternatively, payment can be made through authorized MP Online kiosks.
- After successful submission, note down your application number and transaction ID for future reference. Take a printout of the submitted application form.
